This is William's first year in Boy Scouts, he is more than excited. He asks me everyday what day it is and is so excited if it is Thursday so he can go to scouts. His scout leaders are great and he enjoys the activities they do during den meeting and pack meeting. William got to make a pinewood derby this year and race it against all the other scouts in our ward. His dad helped him create the actual car and we had some help from some friends to add the final touches. His car was a little heavy in the back end and was having trouble finishing the race, but when they raced it backwards he blew the other cars off the track. We learned some little tricks for next year, but all in all he had a blast racing his car. Overall he took 9th place in the race and got an Out of this world certificate for his car. His car is the black and red one in the middle.
