Last week I picked up a new puppy for my dad out in Diamond Valley. Canyon died 3 months ago and my dad has been thinking about getting a new dog for awhile. If any of you know how my mom is, that is sometimes a hard decision. He decided on another dog like Canyon, but this puppy is half Border Collie and half Australian Shepherd. He is such a cute puppy, loves my dad and the kids. My mom even thinks he's cute. My dad and the grand kids came up with a name and have been calling him "Duckie." So its been decided his name is going to be Duckie, my dad said the name just kind of stuck. Cindy, among others suggested Rufus, Bandit, Dog, lol, but Duckie is the name of choice. We are excited for my dad to have a new puppy! He really likes dogs and has had one every since I can remember. :)
